The room

Our room was located at the top of the complex near the tennis court. This had its good and bad points. Good that it was close to all the daytime activities, near a pool and a bar. The liveliest place during the day and dead at night. Bad points, long way down and back to the restaurant, evening bar, lower pools, reception and the shop. It could take 15 minutes to go from your room and back during peak times. Make sure when you go down for a meal or in the evening you take all you will need with you, or suffer the lifts again!

Here are the views of the room. Starting with the kitchen. It's your normal self-catering kitchen. 2 electric rings. That's it! All the pots, cutlery and chinaware are there for you. Along with tea towels. No kettle, Iron, hairdryer and PAY-TV!

The lounge

A sofa, chair, table and a TV unit, which also doubles up as clothes storage space.

Patio door to balcony (sound like an estate agent!) with table and chairs. Superb views of the surrounding area. Patio area is directly overlooked from above. So if you want an all over tan, make sure your neighbours are out if you don't want to be an exhibitionist.

The Bathroom

Usual suspects in here. Bath with shower attachment and curtain. A wash basin, loo and bidet, there is however, a lack of ventilation. Only a small airbrick in the wall opposite your neighbours airvent. You can hear everything! But only if you listen! We took a can of air freshener, glad we did.

The Bedroom

Two single beds, 2 bedside lamps, 1 large wardrobe with equally large safe.

Unfortunately the photo of the bedroom didn't come out. Wish I had a Digital camera! Patio door leading out to the patio area.

You can hire the safe for 2000pts a week with a 2000pts refundable deposit.

In General

We found the room to be quite comfortable. Lack of places to put your clothes though. We did have 2 little visitors in the form of cockroaches. You can buy an aerosol can called BAYGON from the local Spar shop in Playa Del Cura but we didn't bother, as they are quite harmless.
